As Professor and Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Khalifa University in the UAE, Steve brings considerable knowledge and insights to the table along with considerable entrepreneurial experience. His impressive background, including a PhD and MBA from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), speaks volumes about his dedication to excellence and success.

Bob has 35 years of strategic leadership experience in sales and marketing at Caterpillar, where he worked with various equipment and engines across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He is a Six Sigma Blackbelt and has expertise in brand and campaign management.

Nicki has a BA Honours in Business Management with extensive experience within the aerospace and defense industries (BAE Systems) , working as a business, market and military analyst. She has led major bid writing and facilitated in mergers and acquisitions. She has worked with nurturing business relations, both internally and externally, always focusing on ensuring the overall company strategies and goals, with a forward-thinking, customer- centric approach.

Pam is a Psychology graduate with experience of leading HR projects across complex, multi-site businesses. She has developed and implemented effective strategies for workforce planning, talent management and staff development ensuring the attraction and retention of quality, agile and committed candidates from diverse backgrounds who are capable of delivering results in line with the company growth strategy.
Dr Jinseong Park
South Korea Country Manager
With Dr. Jinseong Park’s extensive experience in the field, she was appointed as a General Manager at Graphene Innovations Manchester in the United Kingdom. As of September 2022, she serves as the Country Manager in South Korea. Dr. Jinseong Park holds a Bachelor of Science in Nano Polymerization Material Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Chemical Engineering from a South Korean institution. Seeking to broaden her expertise, she pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Robotics and Composites Engineering at the University of Manchester.
